Individual Therapy

Relationship Therapy

Strengthening Romantic Relationships Through Authenticity, Self-Mattering, Communication, and Connection

Relationships thrive when their members are attuned to their own emotions and needs. Relationship therapy invites all relationship members to connect with and speak from their centers of emotion and longing.  Out of a grounded sense of self, we can find the courage to open up to the other with vulnerability and love.

By honestly and compassionately exploring experiences of hurt amidst infidelity, neglect, abuse, or slow-burn disconnection, we can clear the ground for renewed or deepened joy, intimacy, and love.  In cases where the most effective and loving step is separation, we will navigate it with clarity and compassion.

Family Therapy

Family therapy at Inhabit Life seeks to deepen understanding, restore and deepen connection, and build healthy systems of communication and support.

Our approach empowers every family member to feel heard and valued in their own unique way, creating a resilient system rooted in trust, respect, and care.  It emphasizes personal autonomy and responsibility, balanced with empathy and love.

We are inclusive of traditional and non-traditional family dynamics across the lifespan.

Yoga Therapy

Fostering Mind-Body Harmony Through Compassionate Movement, Breath, and Self-Awareness

Grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that is inclusive and adaptive for all bodies, yoga therapy invites you to deepen a compassionate connection with your body, mind, and breath.

Yoga therapy at Inhabit Life is especially helpful for those experiencing dissociation, anxiety, shame, addiction, or depression.  It can be effective as a supplement to individual therapy or as an independent practice and is typically covered through your individual therapy insurance coverage.  If you’ve been personally or relationally impacted addiction, I am a certified Yoga for 12-Step Recovery guide.

Through gentle movement, breathing practice, and reflective moments, you’re invited into a space where embodied self-awareness meets empathy and compassion.

Group Therapy

Connection and Support in Community

Group therapy at Inhabit Life provides a supportive, collaborative environment where individuals can grow, heal, and connect through shared experiences.

In our groups, you’ll find a safe and welcoming space to process challenges, practice new skills, and build authentic relationships with others who understand and empathize with your journey. Guided by skilled facilitators, group therapy encourages vulnerability, fosters accountability, and offers valuable perspectives that help participants develop meaningful insights and tools for change.

Coaching

Coaching at Inhabit Life is designed to help you unlock your potential, clarify your goals, and create clear, actionable pathways toward the life you envision.

Our coaching process is strengths-based and future-focused, supporting your discovery of new possibilities and helping you navigate obstacles with confidence. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, career advancement, or improved relationships, we provide the structure, support, and encouragement to help you achieve meaningful and lasting change.

We specialize in executive functioning skills, mindfulness and meditation, spirituality, and relationships, both at home, in school, and in the workplace. Training & Consulting

Building Vibrant and Successful Organizations Through Human-Centered Environments and Systems

Through Inhabit Life, I offer a range of customizable services that promote member well-being and cultivate a workplace culture founded on resilience, compassion, and empowerment.  

Services include leadership training and consultation, health and well-being workshops for employees, and integrated offerings such as yoga, mindfulness, and individual therapy delivered conveniently within your workplace.

Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation

I offer a complimentary 15-20 minute consultation to determine if we’re a good fit. During this call, we’ll discuss your needs, address any questions you may have, and explore how our services can support your goals.

Once we’ve had the consultation and you are ready to begin, we’ll book your initial intake session.  It can be either in-person or virtual according to your preference and my availability.

Standard Session Rates:

  • Initial Intake Session: $195
  • Individual Therapy: $175 per 50-min session
  • Relationship and Family Intake Session: $215 (1 hour) or $300 (90 minutes)
  • Relationship and Family Therapy: $195 per 50-min session


Inhabit Life uses an Equity Pricing model and facilitates Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement when possible to increase access to services.

If we are meeting virtually, you will receive the link by email or text prior to our meeting.  If we are meeting in-person, you will enter the lobby using a provided door. Please, sign in using the tablet on the table. Help yourself to a drink or browse the reading material while you wait. Bathrooms are straight down the hall and to the right, just follow the signs.

In our first session, I’ll lay some groundwork and invite you to share what feels most important as we get started.  That usually includes discussing what brought you here and identifying the goals you’d like to work toward. 

Whether you’re here for therapy or coaching, we will tailor each session to match your unique needs and goals. It is a collaborative and dynamic process, so I’ll provide many opportunities for feedback along the way.
